Clinical academics at the Assistant Professor rank can benefit from this practical workshop, which will provide guidance on preparing teaching dossiers, promotion dossiers, and presenting your case.

Online Preparation

• 6.5 hours of asynchronous learning through the learning management system, including an introduction, readings, videos, recorded interviews, and pre-workshop activities.

Live Workshop

• One 90-minute synchronous, live session covering the promotion process and available resources, followed by questions, discussion, and practical guidance.

Before the Live Session

• Come prepared with questions, draft documents ready for feedback, and a familiarity with the promotion process and expectations.
